SHINOGI
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Your motivation is personal. Your data should stay that way.
SHINOGI is designed with privacy at its core. Your onboarding selections and personalisation preferences are stored directly on your device, not in a database controlled by us.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SHINOGI.
1. Who We Are
SHINOGI is an independent mobile application created and operated by Diyana Bancheva, based in Bulgaria, European Union.
For questions about privacy, please contact:
2. Information Stored on Your Device
During onboarding, SHINOGI asks you to select preferences to personalise your motivational experience.
These selections are stored locally on your device.
We do not receive, access or store your onboarding choices on our servers.
Your preferences are used within the app to tailor the motivational content you see.
3. How Your Information Is Used
Your locally stored preferences are used to:
- Personalise motivational content.
- Remember your onboarding selections.
- Adapt your experience to your chosen interests.
- Maintain your preferences between app sessions.
This personalisation takes place on your device.
4. Data Collection and Sharing
SHINOGI does not collect your locally stored onboarding preferences or share them with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information or use your onboarding selections for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Any third-party technology introduced in future versions that changes these practices will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy.
5. Data Storage and Deletion
Your onboarding preferences remain on your device until you choose Delete all my data, or until you delete the app. There is no server copy.
Notes and saved lines stay on the device the same way.
6. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in the app or in system settings. SHINOGI does not keep a push token on a server of its own.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@shinogi.app. You can delete what is on the phone with Delete all my data. If you are in the European Union, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
8. Children
SHINOGI is not intended for anyone under 16.
